1. Performance of a Business Survey
Unless otherwise requested by client, a business survey (Recasted financial statement, review of business model and business processes, and evaluation of business plan) will be performed. The business survey will provide invaluable assistance to the client as it identifies and highlights areas that show the greatest potential to achieve dramatic increases in revenue, cost reductions, and greater profits. If the client provides us with the necessary information needed in a timely fashion, the business survey can be performed within 72 hours.
The stand alone cost of the business survey is $2,499.00. However, if the client enters into an agreement with our partner, Digital Profit Associates, to provide digital solutions that address the areas identified in their business survey, the cost of the business survey will be significantly reduced to $499.00.
2. Identification and explanation of Digital Solutions
A detailed explanation of how every identified area of potential profits can be realized by utilizing an array of digital solutions (business web presence, social media marketing, e-commerce platform and software, email marketing, online booking and scheduling, data analytics, online advertising, customer relationship management software, supply chain management software, cloud based software, video conferencing, autodialing and call center management software, mobile application development, search engine optimization, reputation management, task and project management, automated invoicing and payment, outsourcing management, fulfillment management, text messaging (SMS) management, sales management software, operations and production management software, inventory management software, human resource management software, digital finance and accounting platforms and software, content management, training and education platforms, tax and business planning software, file sharing and storage, health and wellness platforms, business networking, etc.).
3. Development of customized digital plan for each Client
We recognize and appreciate that each client has a unique set of goals and challenges associated with running their business. With this in mind, we develop a step by step action plan to assist individual clients in achieving increased profitability no matter where their size or budget. There is no overselling or gouging. We build an achievable digital plan based on the client’s existing budget and resources. Our objected is to win by helping the client win.
4. Providing Client with expert advice and suppor
We provide the Client with knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated staff that provide the service necessary to achieve its goals and objectives through the use and application of digital solutions.
